  1. What a deft summation! That’s the way it has to work. You also have to ignore thoughtless criticism, which is possibly the most difficult task of all – weeding out useful critiquing from the non-useful. The non-useful is usually offered by people who are firmly stuck in the contemplation stage themselves. 😀
